We have invested in South Australia’s incredible reputation in the wine industry with two vineyards in McLaren Vale growing Shiraz and grape varieties, which can be tasted in well-known wines due to supply contracts with top South Australian labels including Lost Buoys Wines.

In his role as CEO, his diverse skill set allows him to manage the varied divisions with strategic and business development expertise. Having previously owned a financial and strategic solution business that provided assistance to entrepreneurs and commodity trading entities, he is well-versed in ensuring capital growth and business sustainability.
Mark Clisby

As Group Companies Secretary and Director of the Holdfast Group, Mark has spent 30 years practising as a Barrister and Solicitor specialising in the commercial field, bringing experience, insight and corporate understanding to Holdfast Group. He is also a published author, currently working on his second book, and a qualified captain in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps.
