Grant L. Kelley, 58, is the Chairman of Holdfast Assets with over 30 years of global experience in real estate investment, corporate strategy, funds management and private equity.
Kelley has served as the Chairman of Holdfast Assets since September of 2008, which manages and owns key agricultural, sporting and tourism assets in South Australia.
Kelley has served as the Chairman and Owner of Adelaide Basketball Pty Ltd, holding the licence for four-time NBL champions, the Adelaide 36ers, since 2017.
Previously, Kelley served as Chief Executive Officer at Vicinity Centres from 2018 to 2022 and of City Developments Limited from 2014 to 2017.
Prior to that, he served as Co-Head of Asia Pacific at Apollo Global Management for four years, worked at Colony Capital as both Chief Executive Officer and Principal and at Booz Allen Hamilton as Principal, where he commenced his career in 1989.
