Tim brings over 25 years of experience in the property industry and currently oversees acquisitions and Funds Management at our firm. Prior to this, he served as Head of Acquisitions and Fund Manager at a boutique Adelaide-based property fund, where he played a pivotal role in growing the portfolio from inception to approximately $300 million in assets under management (AUM).

Tim has held senior executive positions within the property divisions of two of Australia’s leading retailers—Woolworths Limited and Wesfarmers. In these roles, he was responsible for formulating and executing  property strategies across multiple brands, including the successful delivery of new store developments across all Australian states and territories.

Earlier in his career, Tim gained broad experience at Colliers in South Australia and the Northern Territory, working across all property sectors in both agency and valuation capacities.

With deep industry insight and a strong network across multiple sectors, Tim is adept at identifying quality opportunities and delivering strong outcomes for investors. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

Grant Kelley is the Chairman of Holdfast Assets, with over 25 years of global experience in real estate investment, corporate strategy, funds management and private equity.

Having worked in various management roles across Football and Motorsport, Nic is a seasoned sports administrator. Nic brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and insight to his position as CEO of Adelaide 36ers. With experience in business administration and commercial, in addition to his proficiency across a wide range of sporting codes, Nic is dedicated to seeing basketball in Adelaide grow.

With over 20 years of senior management experience, Asa brings invaluable knowledge to Holdfast Group. In his role as CEO, his diverse skill set allows him to manage the varied divisions with strategic and business development expertise. Having previously owned a financial and strategic solution business that provided assistance to entrepreneurs and commodity trading entities, he is well-versed in ensuring capital growth and business sustainability.
